Saturday Sep 30, New West Symphony and Chorus presents, at our parking lot, a free concert in aid of our outreach initiative.
If you can volunteer for the Outdoor Concert on Sep 30, please let Anny know.
Volunteers needed are:
1) Security for the main door (2 persons) to direct visitors to the bathrooms.
2) Ushers to guide the audience where to place their chairs. (3-4 needed)
3) Traffic monitors to direct traffic at the back lane. (2 persons)
4) Servers to help distribute water and snacks to the orchestra crew. (3-4 persons)
